I mean cramps and bloating bad!! Not so much noise and smell, but pain. (kinda gross, I know)!

Yes.....it does contain dairy products so you may be lactose intolerant.

Slim-Fast contains a couple of things that might give you gas pains. First is fiber, which in large amounts will increase the amount of gas you have. More likely is that you may have lactose intolerance. Slim-Fast is a milk-based product. People who are lactose intolerant may get cramps and diarrhea from it. (Lactose is the sugar in milk. Many adults do not digest lactose well. The lactose then ferments in your gut, causing pain and gas and diarrhea. It is the most common food intolerance.)

Yes it did me too. I had to end up taking a Lactose Pill for it. It ened up being i was lactose intallorent.
