I am so sorry for what you're going through :-( If you do not miscarry on your own, they will have to peform a D&C and if you miscarry on your own, most likely, they will have to perform a D&C as well just to make sure your body has expelled everything. Most of the times, they will put you to sleep, other times they just use local anesthesia which I do not recommend. I have had 4 miscarriages and with the last D&C they gave me local anesthesia and it was very painful both physically and emotionally. I could hear the suction sounds in my head for weeks. I hope your doctor is wrong and that you do not miscarry. I wish you the best. *HUGS*

i have had several and its increadably distressing. if you go through this naturally rathar than surgical (d&c) expect a lot of pain, craming lower back pain, heavy bleeding and passing tissue etc. the worst of it lasts about a week but i bleed lightly for 6 weeks befor actually miscarrying.
at 15 weeks im not so sure as all of mine were early but it would be v similar. i opted for a d&c with my last misscariage and found i coped an awful lot better with the loss. i was in hospital for a day and spoke to a counseller and the midwives who helped brilliantly.

Well you wills tart cramping a lot. They can be very painful. I lost one right about 15 weeks as well. They had to do a DNC. I hope that is not the case for you and wish you well. Hopefully they can find out why you are bleeding.

do no longer understand the place the link is suited now, yet a team of docs revealed a learn interior the united kingdom the place they examined 9,000 miscarriages. From that, they got here upon that chromosomal abnormalities in basic terms accounted for 40% of miscarriages (no longer the 50% all and sundry keeps quoting). different reasons blanketed hormonal imbalance. working example, no longer producing sufficient progesterone to maintain the being pregnant. for assorted older women, producing blood clots at the back of the placenta befell in lots of cases sufficient that many docs now prescribe daily infant aspirin. curiously, and not in this learn, some women who've had repeated miscarriages can now and returned provide up the project by using removing sugar and all flour products from their diets. no longer basic for many, regardless of the undeniable fact that that's nicely worth a shot. i understand the two a sort of would reason basic inflammation in some human beings, so according to probability that's the reason. Flour is utilized by using the physique in a different way than the completed grain.

You may be just shedding a lining; take bed rest, stay off you feet as much as possible and pray. I hope all is well for you.
