This could be a psycological thing. That shouldn't scare you, but perhaps you could talk to your partner if there's something they're not doing for you, or maybe you're nervous or your mind is elsewhere. Do you want to do things your partner doesn't? Perhaps you could try changing positions or mixing things up a little. Don't be afraid to try new things or change old ones. If you talk it over with your partner then maybe you can work something out - I'm sure they'll be understanding.

you really must be comfortable with the person you are with. try some foreplay before the act to try and get aroused. when you are erect, it should feel natural and not forced. best example of that is when you wake up in the morning. that is the way it should feel when you are about to enter her.
