The title on my images keeps cutting off....?

Question

If you add a title to an image in a website, is there a set number of characters you have to work with? My descriptions are just too long and keep cutting off mid sentence. How can I make the title display the whole thing?

I think if you using HTML for the image title characters are limited but you can make it show all of it using CSS. I remeber I saw on a website something like this made with CSS . If you wanna look for it try here
