No. Dracula - all vampires - can not get sexually transmitted diseases, nor can the pass them on. Their systems ( as they are dead) do not permit the bacteria to thrive. The system cleanses everything that enters into it, purifies it, and when it is released, it is completely purified. Ultimately Dracula takes in AIDS contaminated blood, it will be cleansed within his system, and any fluids he exchanges with anyone will be pure.

Even if it were possible for AIDS to be transmitted to Dracula, it would be impossible in a number of ways for him to retain the infection. First, he's undead, therefore, providing an inadequate host for the virus. Plus, I'm certain that his powers of extraordinary healing would swiftly knock out the infection.

Well with Dracula only being a mere figment of someones imagination...I seriously doubt that he has Aids of can give anyone Aids.

I doubt Dracula does.

However If my history is correct, Blackula has and is the leading cause of night time AIDS.

I doubt it.
According to vampire legends and history, vampires have regenerative powers. They can heal themselves.
Dracula would most certainly not be affected by it. His blood would heal itself.
Hope I helped you out.

I agree with Naj. He probably has an enzyme that nutrilizes that stuff. I think mosquitos actually do have that enzyme or something like it. Like everyone else said, it isn't like it would affect him though...maybe just the people he bites and doesn't kill or turn into a vamp.

I don't think so cause he is the Undead, I really don't think if your undead your immune system works anyway so it probably doesn't effect his immune system if he did suck the blood of someone with aids

Dracula is already dead so it doesn't matter.

Wow... intriguing thought. I'm pretty sure he could contract the virus but it wouldn't live long within him considering he is dead anyway.

no, not in todays world. Vampires today are very thorough in checking people's blood before partaking in their drink of choice.
