Y dont you try tortilla wraps. Or how about cooking savory rice. Maybe plain rice and put your own ingredients in it. You could plate up any kind of dinner to warm up in the microwave.

Well I would want something that is easy and that an keep its form and not set soggy.

First: Tuna in the pack that contains the crackers and a smll spoon.
Second: A piece of fruit
Third: Bottle Water to be mixed with some green tea mix
Fourth: Napkin
Fifth: A Cookie (Oatmeal)

Healthy: No mess, No Smells, All Package nicely. No Micowave use

I assume you are in winter where you are, as you mention soup. What about a can of baked beans and some bread to make toast, if you have a toaster at work as well. This is warming, filling and good for you. (Put them in a bowl in the microwave to warm them, don;t put the can in there! lol)
