ok well you can get sticker paper and put the stickers on it. Or you can try and buy printed stickers online and use them.
If the scooter is a Matte base you can do what my friend did to a dresser. Take the pictures, heavily outline the picturse in pencil, put the picture with the pencil lining facing the scooter then scribble really hard on the other side of the paper. The outline should then leave markings on the matte finish. Then get paint markers and color it your self.
But best thing all together would be to take it to a place that does airbrushing.

You could always try buying a stuffed animal of max and ruby and use either suan wrap or another clear plastic to protect from the weather and attach it to the bike u could pop a hole in it n put string through it and around the scooters pole.If I think of anything else i will im u and tell ya .oh u could always get a piece of scrap wood or metal and glue the pic on it and get it laminated or just take suran wrap yourself and wrap it then just heat it to make it stick then pop a hole at the top n attach it to the scooter good luck n hope i could b a help.

My son is in love with Max and Ruby also (he is two). You can find a lot of different things that they do not have in the stores at www.nickjr.com. Walmart also have just about every Max and Ruby DVD ever made I am getting my son the rest of the DVDs that he does not have. Maybe you can get her a DVD or go to the bookstore and get her a Max and Ruby book. Good Luck and Merry Christmas.

Ok this is a tough one. Wel if you can find some max and ruby stickers that may work. Or if you use printer paper that is clear like for projector sheets and you print them out and use clear glue to paste them somewhere on the scooter that may work. But use a circilar or oval stencil and an exacto knife to cut out and frame the picture.

First figure out where you want to place the pictures. Clean the area with alcohol. Take rubber cement and apply it as directed. Apply the picture to the scooter. Then take some clear spray paint, like rustoleum and spray the scooter with it. This should give you the appearance of the real thing. Hope this helps.

Visit your local arts and craft store. Also, try getting special sticky paper that you can use to make stickers of Max and Ruby so that you can easily stick them onto the scooter. Good luck!

Take your pictures to a sign shop and see if they can create stickers for you then put them on the scooter. You may want to call a sign shop first and tell them what you're trying to do and they could tell you the best format to bring the pictures in on. They may be able to create from a jpg file off of a cd or dvd.
Good luck!

Call a sign making shop they can usually make decals from most any computer file. You can probably take them the pics on a disc or just tell them what u r looking for on the net. but be sure to go there and take the scooter with you so there is no misunderstanding about the finish product

Take the pictures to office max and hove the make it into a sticker they have those type of machines there or any local office supply store. That should make it translucent and able to be placed on a pink scooter. Good luck

You could try buying Max and Ruby stickers online and then sticking them on the scooter. Or if you go to Office Max, etc they might sell sticker paper that you could print the pictures on (i.e. make your own stickers).
