just go to ur website and copy the link and send the link to anybody u want

Best way is to send link to your site via email. But if you prefer to physically send the whole site, you would need to zip up all files and attach it in the email (not recommended if site contains huge gif or jpg files or other)

just like u would sent an normal email just adding www..com etc..
