Well I am a woman and women go through a time in the month where their emotions get a little more sensitive and at that time of my month I get CRAZY!! Lots of BAD things go through my mind that on any other normal day I wouldn't even think about. So I do know that it can happen.

Prayer. My mind fills with crap so esaily. I ask God to remove it , and he does, but then I fill it back up with crap. Sometimes I spend, literally, half of the day in silent prayer. Especially when people do stupid things that make my life more difficult.

A prominent one is "God, show me how to treat this person with respect and kindness" or "God, save me from anger" or "Show me how I can be of service"

Because it is so easy to just throw a tantrum and then have to deal with the consequences. Prayer helps. Alot. And then they cease to exist. The problem disappears when you focus on the solution exclusively.
