No, they are allowed to stay up to a certain number of nights, not sure how many it is but you could check with the benefits agency.

you may be considered ,as cohabiting .
if your boyfriend has a job ,
his staying with you may
be considered as additional income , to your household .
Go to the Citizens Advice Beaurou ,
in the first instance
and ask them to clarify what you should
do ,regards your benefit claim.
as this may affect your income
I hope you will have no problems , but it is important that you are clear ,about your rights here .
You may have to make a statement to the DSS
But the CAB will help you with this too .
I wish you all the best ,for the future

Years ago the rules used to be that your boyfriend could stay three nights a week maximum - anymore than that was considered living together. I'm sorry but I don't know if that rule is still applicable. Ring your local offices and ask them.

You need to find out the rules from the Benefit office. I would guess that it's ok, but it would only be a guess, it's best to find out officially.
Here's the website for the Department of Work and Pensions (formerly DSS)

hail king wills the 111, Now listen to me chuck, of course they are insulting you, they want to force you out of the union. the tories want the same, when john major was in power the tories had no mps left in scotland they have been treatin you lousy for years, when are you going to take the hint. but beware, they want you out so they can surrender england and its name and have it swallowed up by europe, you scotts will also be swallowed up but you will be able to keep your name, but still foriegn occupied by europe. they cant swallow up england if we are united with wales and scotland can they. The dirty trick is on both england and scotland, its called manipulation of assets. all the british are is assetts for politicians to do with as they please so, Scotland should outmanouver them and go for total independence, out of Europe. This will cause the welsh and english to do the same. It will mean all that planning by british traitors for fifty years to surrender our nations will at last have been defeated.

If he helps to financially support you, or you help him financially, then yes, it is fraud.
