I know there is one that does Scottish Saw hedges and Black Pudding but don't know if they dliver to Jersey or who they are.
I looked noticed it some time ago when looking in hamper mags.
Got a feeling it may have been Farepak :s

Just looking at this site made me hungry! Doesn't specify hampers or baskets, but I'm sure you could contact them for something special like that. Also, the prices seem fairly reasonable.
