I was just reading an article...and it was John Paxson's decision..


That rule was borne out of some things I saw when I first got the job that didn't look good," Paxson said. "It was more out of uniformity than anything else. It's not meant in any way to stifle anybody's individuality or creativity. It was just simply part of a structure we were trying to create."

The Bulls need a consistant scorer first before they start worrying about headbands... They have the team to make things happen, but no one wants to step up and lead the way

The coach is addament that if the players all dress the same they are ONE unit, without any individuals. It is silly in my opinion, and is just causing problems as Ben Wallace has already found the **** out.

i'm not sure, but the Blazers have the same rule, and its cuz coach Nate says that they're on the court to win, not to make a fashion statement.
