Doesn't that in itself seem a little scary?

It's kinda weird this type of pill has come out around a war. It's supposed to help people relax about post traumatic stress type symptoms so they don't act like scared monkeys over it.I wonder about any long term effects or brain damage though. It's a toss-up.Some illegal drugs seem to have this effect on people.Apparently it's more of a benefit than a curse.I don't think they forget, they just aren't freaked out about it like a schizo.Maybe I have already taken it and don't remember. Who knows who they've tested this drug on without knowing it.

No. I forget bad memories on my own without even knowing. I'm never sorry to see them go. lol

There's a pill that makes you forget bad memories? That sounds almost impossible! What if the pill accidentally erased a good memory? The last thing I would want to hear is "do I know you?" lol

Yeah, I saw that on tv last night. Do you really forget the bad memories, or is your emotional reaction to them just somehow diminished? If people are suffering from post tramautic stress syndrome- from some huge event like witnessing the WTC collapse, and it was really crippling them emotionally, I would say it would be worthwhile to think about taking it.

Me, personally, I would not take it. "Bad Memories" like "Good" ones, help define who you are. The bad ones are sometimes horrific, like being molested (It's happened to more people than you think... I would know), but sometimes it's just something so small that isn't all THAT bad. It's always a personal choice, so think carefully and make the best one for you.

it's not bad memories- it's tramatic memories. memories that stop you from living a healthy productive life.
I've had many bad things happen, but none that stop me from living so I can't take the pill.

if I needed it, I would
