What are my options?? Where can I go?? What can I do?? I dont want to quit or get fired. I love my job.
My boss snaps at me when I ask her simple questions about my job, she lets the other people in my department take time off, yet she yells at me when i do, and also she tells the head boss i am a bad worker even though i do all the work. Help?!

Listen to yourself...
"I love my job", then you go on about how your boss makes it miserable for you to be there.
So, either it's not that bad, or you're more afraid of having to look for another job than continue putting up with the crap.
When you've had enough of it, you'll know...good luck.

Are you a member of the union? if so see your shop steward and get the union to back you up. if you are not a member find out if there is one you can join.
Confront your boss, be diplomatic. explain your problems and try and find civil solutions. take an impartial witness so that neither of you feel intimidated.
Not sure if you are American or not but if you are then sue them and out there you will probably be awarded Millions for "emotional damages"

I missed the part about what it is you love about your job.
Update your resume and then confront your boss about how she makes you feel. If she isn't willing to change, you might as well pursue other options or quit your belly-aching.
