Has it have been given sufficient water in it? The heater blowing chilly air is the 1st sign of coolant loss, because of the fact it is the utmost factor interior the gadget it loses its water first. yet another factor to learn is your water pump and its belt. some automobiles stress the water pump with the timing belt, on such automobiles if the engine works then it isn't any longer the belt. The heater matrix's water furnish isn't effected by using the thermostat, if something a defective thermostat could make it warmer because of the fact the engine could be attempting to relax itself with only the heater matrix.

well it's not the radiator...radiators process fluid for cooling the engine...sounds like your heater may have gone bad in some way...maybe the fan quit or maybe the unit needs to be replaced...get a manual and read it...there will be some kind of info in there for that problem...

you have short in the wiring that controls your heater blower. start with the wires behind the switch itself first since all you did was turn it off and on and it bagan working again.

Could be that the blower motor has gone out. You can get one at a salvage yard and install it yourself if you're handy.
