Install them into your fonts folder
control panel>fonts
or fonts folder>file>install font

Generally, when you download fonts they go to the correct folder for windows fonts. Then when you go to select a font for whatever you are writing, the downloaded font will appear in the list.

You will need to copy them into your Fonts folder.
It is located on c:\windows\fonts
assuming you are installed to the C:\ drive ( and this is the default setting )
Just go the the folder where the fonts are and click edit - select all - then Edit - Copy
then go to c:\windows\fonts
and edit - Paste

Fonts run in email,and alot of other programs this will let you change the size of the letters or numbers.. on here we cant change the wording but I have noticed some people had there question out in bold is this what you mean?

You have to install the fonts you've downloaded. Then you can use them in making graphics, or powerpoint presentations, etc.

Open up windows explorer, browse to "C:\WINDOWS\Fonts" then click file --> install new fonts.
