I would recommend Laura Mercier's tinted moisturiser. It's about 30 odd pounds which is not cheap. Fairly good coverage and does not dry out easy. (For people with combination type skin, there is also an oil free one) It gives protection from UVA, UVB rays and has SPF 20. You can buy Laura Mercier only in certain department stores such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges.

Mary Kay Tinted Moisterizer. It comes in 6 shade choices, gives you great coverage, and has SPF 25. Plus, its guaranteed! I have had over half my clients switch from regular foundation to this product because they love it so much!

Clinique Almost Makeup. I use this religiously and have turned 3 friends on to it now as well.... About £17 (much cheaper in USA)but lasts for AGES.
Honestly the best thing I've used!

I used to use Rebel by Benefit, it lasts for a long time and comes in one shade which adapts to any skin tone.
