You're unfairly generalizing. On the contrary, Americans are indifferent toward most of those countries (Mexico, Vietnam, Poland, etc). You're inaccurately associating the actions of our government with the consensus of the people. Americans aren't particularly fond of some of those nations (particularly Iran) because we're afraid of them. It's not so much dislike as fear. We see them as a treat to our well-being. The U.K. isn't going to attack us in the foreseeable future.

Keep in mind that when I say we aren't fond of Iran I mean the Iranian government. It's not the people themselves we're afraid of, it's their leaders.

This is strange catalog of countries you have put together along with a sweeping generalization. As Americans we may not like or agree with the policies of other nations (and they may not like ours), but to say that because we disagree with certain polices, we therefore dislike the country and the people from said country is, simply put, tripe.

As for loving the UK, you must realize that we share a common history with the Britons.

Almost all of those that you listed don't like us. The UK has stuck by us when everyone else didn't. I don't like the middle easterners, because of the upheaval they caused in our lives (remember 9-11) (not to profile or anything, but they were middle eastern men that caused us so much grief) , north Korea wants to do the same thing and I won't even start on Mexico.

You just named off a few countries that I wanted to visit. My little sister was adopted from Russia and my mom and Dad said that they loved the country! Don't make generalizations about people I think that's called Stereotyping!

We don't? That's news to me. I think you might be thinking of our government which seems to be full of desire to bully every nation in the world, but mostly Americans aren't as hateful as we must seem abroad.
