You would choose the most busiest time to call them, wouldn't you? Try between 11am & 2pm.

3 network has the worst customer services,i once waited 30 mins and 4 different people to try and sort out a small problem and they had a cheek to charge me the waiting time because i was payt.

I've never had to wait for T-Mobile, sorry, but I once held for the doctors office for 34 minutes before I hung up.

no on t-Mobile but on that at home business you can do yourself. well i was taken in and ordered it money back guaranteed. HAH i tried to call and call to return it i sat on hold for an hour and fifteen Min's. I needed to return it or be charged 400 and some dollars. Man was i pissed. i put it on speaker phone and cleaned house.

I haven't had a problem with t-mobile. I have waited 45 minutes when I was with Orange, they were awful.

Onetel, 35 minutes. Reported them to Otelo in the end as couldn't get hold of them to sort out problem.

well my friend had to wait about 45 min after that she put the phone down it was so bad

wow that is some serious wait times. When i transfered my phone number from verizon to t-mobile, it only took a few minutes!
