Either the organizers are very stupid, or they don't plan on being anywhere NEAR the place.
This reminds me of the idea the cops in NYC came up with several years ago to capture elusive people in the mob. They sent all of them letters telling them they'd won the lottery but had to come to a specific address to claim their prize. Dozens showed up and were promptly arrested.
Don't go! It's a trap!
