We both know it is not any kind of sin to be Gay...big deal. Why so many want to stick their nose into my bedroom is beyond me. I have no intentions of scoring with them, why are they so concerned with this issue...very silly waste of energy and time. Straight or Gay, we all go about our lives to do the best we can, whatever that means. Good for you. A sane straight man is not as rare as it would seem, and in fact, most of my friends are straight and could not care less what I do...I ain't doing it with them, nor do I want to. I listen to their stories, they listen to mine, we all laugh. The similarities in the stories are amazing...we all face the same problems, it would seem.
And by the way, misshavenpussy is a liar, is not a real person, is a man in Alberta bashing under many different identities, including kkkwhater, pinkbox, bring on the rage, etc. He has the distinctive job of handling oil pipe....perhaps a substitute for other kinds of "pipe?" Very pitiful creature, indeed. Good luck

Many homosexuals claim that since childhood they have always had homosexual feelings. Hence, they say, their “natural” homosexual tendencies are from God.
Response to this argument:
Scripture nowhere suggests that if a thing seems natural it is inevitably God-given. On the contrary, the Bible teaches that many “natural” states and desires are not of God and are contrary to His will.
For example, “The natural man does not receive the things of God” (1 Cor 2:14). Before conversion, we “were by nature the children of wrath” (Eph 2:3). “The
carnal mind is enmity against God, for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be” (Rom 8:7). Scripture teaches that we are a fallen race, born in sin:
“Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity” (Ps 51:5; cf. Jer 17:9; Rom 5:12). Sin has marred our physical and spiritual natures (1 Cor 15:1-54; John 3:5-6). We cannot
therefore assume that because something is natural or inborn, it must be God-ordained.

Good question...
You are probably going to get alot of "extremist" answers. I have a few points that I'd like you to consider
The government of the United States was founded by people who were fleeing religious persecution. Many of our ancestors came to this country to escape the strict customs and control that the churches held in their old countries.
Our government is supposedly built with a separation of church and state so, the "religious moral issues of gay marriage" should not be an issue when government debates on gay rights and changing current policies.
God made me and I am gay. I know that there are thousands of close minded people out there who will say that if I am gay, I am going to hell. I do not believe that. I have a personal relationship with god. God loves all of us. It also says in the bible that you shall not judge or you shall be judged by the father.
People need to just move on and let others live their lives and pursue their dreams and happiness.
I try not to interfere with others unless they are harming me. Does the fact that gay marriage is not legal in our country automatically convert our homosexual population to a heterosexual lifestyle? No, it just represses us and denies us basic rights that are taken for granted by other couples.
Just because you chose to support gay marriage does not necessarily mean that you agree with homosexuality either. It just means that you are a fair, open minded person who believes in the "live and let live" way of life.
I hope you will consider my views, even though they may differ from your own. :)

You are right: god made every one.
And it is not a sin to be homosexual.
If God had any problem with homosexuality, why would He keep making every 10th baby gay?
(Note: the number 10 is an estimate--it is approximately accurate)
There is nothing wrong with being homosexual, so why is it a sin, you ask.
I think The Church occasionally invents teachings that are not necessarily based in spiritual truth, but instead further an agenda.
I have met many Christians who love their church, but don't necessarily embrace all of its teachings.
It's okay to think for yourself--to draw your own conclusions.

God made sin first. So naturally he had to make a few sinners, now didn't he?
Although in theological circles there is a fun question (also found on the midterms at seminaries): Which came first, the sin or the sinner?
So I could be wrong. If so, my bad.

It goes against procreation. Just a fact. And here is another fact. God's love is unconditional, he may not love the fact that someone is gay but he loves them regardless.

It is a sin in the eyes of small minded people.
The almighty gave each of us a heart to love with and to allow us to love who we please. And love is not a sin. Love is the fiber that binds two people together as one. God never said, men stick with women and women stick with men. He did say go forth and multiply, but did not say that you cannot love someone of your own biological sex.
I'm am straight as well, but I fully support Gay Marrage.

It is not a sin. Only religious fundamentalists hold this incorrect belief. Everyone should read this article written by a Baptist minister.
What if Christian leaders are wrong about homosexuality?
