Yes, It will probably lose some speed since it is traveling a distance but this will work fine. I had a similar set up at my old house. As long as you have a router by the first computer. You might want to consider a wireless router too, that way you wouldnt have to mess with the 100ft wire and drilling holes.

Yes. It Will Work the reception may not be as good i recommend your buy a repeater These Can Be found at most electronic Store But the best advice would to be to buy a Wireless-G Router Im using a Wireless-B From Linksys And it works perfectly I often use my PSP with the router

The incoming line to the FIRST cable modem for internet must not be touched, no splits, etc

TV cables must run differently.

For the 2nd Internet PC, either consider a wirlesss or Run a Cat5 cable from the router to the next PC.

It depends on ur modem. If u got a really good dsl modem ur speed should run okay. The downloading speed should stay at about 80kbps to 120kbps for just a regular modem. If u buy a modem urself it should be faster. Also using dsl for games and other would lag a bit but everything would be fine. And one good thing about dsl is that it stick at a constant speed not like cable it keep changin every 2sec.

You can use wireless internet if you have a new system. If your running an old system you have to use a router with wires. Both will work.

I don't see why it wouldn't work sounds like alot of work though. It might be easier to get a wireless router that way you wouldn't have to deal with ethernet cable.

Definately can!
TIP: Use the cold air return duct
assuming you have a wired router and don't want to buy a wireless one

Yes, but it would be way easier just to use a wireless router such as this one shown here:

It should. You could also just get up a wireless network, which sounds like it could be easier.
