Um..sometimes it's just left over blood from your period. Believe it or not, it will still come out a few days after the "big rush" if you will. I would say get some Massengil at the store. It's only about 2 dollars and it cleanses your insides after your period. It will help you to feel refreshed, as well. If this doesn't help, I would say go see a doctor. Might be an internal infection. (not trying to imply anything) Good luck and God Bless!

Your body flushes it self, more thn likely this is normal. Keep watch, and if it gets worse you should see your doctor. I know that working out, running and activites like that will effect this. Just watch and let your parent know, just in case you do need to see a doctor

I'm thinking you have an infection. Did this come from the vagina or the rectum? It could be old blood from your period, or other bleeding inside. I think you should visit with your doctor, especially if you are having stomach pain with it.

It's the last of your period coming out...nothing to worry about. It will quit in a few days.

It's the remainder of your period or you are going to start again. Since you are young this is normal. Stomach pain is cramps. Welcome to womanhood.

It would be my suggestion for you to call a nurse so he/she can ask you the right questions.
