My wife is going through the same thing now. Her OB said for her to come in for a check up after one month. She said after that if everything checked out ok, then it was ok for us to try again. Your best bet would be to make an appointment with your OB and let them give you the go ahead.

HPV also infects many of the normal appearing cells of the cervix. It will be there forever. While your immune system is healthy, your body should be able to keep it under control and prevent it from expressing itself as dysplasia or cancer.
However, pregnancy is one of those things that reduce the effectiveness of your immune system.
The dysplasia should be watched carefully while you are pregnant.
The doctors that do cryo surgery to the cervix do so for three main reasons, 1. it is cheap, 2. it is easy, 3 it is all they know (older doctors).
Cryotherapy is the most destructive surgery to the cervix, It can lead to scarring of the cervix or cervical incompetence. Most often, it leads to a shrinking of the inner part of the cervix more than the outer part of the cervix which can HIDE the dysplasia up in the canal. All subsequent Pap smears should be done with a brush and not spatula.

I had the same thing as well. i would consult with your Dr to make sure you can start trying. No matter what everyone on here says your Dr would know best. When you go for your follow up ask him.
