Who do you prefare ..... MUSE or THE KILLERS......

Ok well me and my friend have been discussin who is better muse (me) or the killers (him) so i tought id ask Yahoo Anwsers members I personaly think Muse are much much much better but whats your view ?

I think that both bands are great.But my fave music style is British indie rock,so the answer is clear - MUSE.

Muse, hands down.
I like The Killers well enough, but their stuff always seems the same to me. There's only so much I can listen to before I get sick of Brandon Flowers' voice, too.
Muse, on the other hand, are as brilliant as brilliant can be in my books. I do believe that Matt's had some classical training, and he had flamenco lessons for six months with some really famous flamenoc guitarist (the name eludes me for now) - this shows just how dedicated the front man alone is. They have a wide variety of styles, and I adore the fact they use organs and strings throughout quite a few of their songs. They're completely flexible - one minute they're rocking out hard, the next minute they're in mellow mode. Their music is beautiful, powerful, exciting and always listenable.
Unlike a lot of bands (including the Killers), they are amazing live, their stage presence is just great, and Matt always has some cute little anecdotes to share with the crowd. (He talked about his bowel movements with us once - something about the goat leg he had for dinner the previous night!)
I greatly admire and respect Muse, and can barely go an hour without listening to them. They are one of the few bands out there who still seem to care about the music, and make sure that it's just as wonderful as ever. They're also very sweet to their fans, so that earns them even more brownie points. ;) Plus, they're total geniuses at making us fans gush, gush, gush... just as I've been doing. I'll stop it now, too. :3
So, yeah. I like the Killers, but Muse. Definitely Muse.

oh come on, its got to be muse, they are pure genius. The Killers have written some catchy pop tunes but when u consider there are 5 of them to make all that noise and Muse are only a three piece making a much better noise, you have to admire Muse. Plus, The Killers are only on their 2nd album, (which is pants btw) and Muse are total pros, 5+ albums, a tonne of hit singles, and the MOST amazing live shows!
Plus Matthew Bellamy is an absolute genius;- piano player, composer, singer, Qmagazines 26th best ever guitar player. Brandon Flowers - what does he do? he sings into a microphone, and actually, if you hear him live, his voice is crap.

OMG!! This is such a good question because I LOVE both. They are my 2 faves. I prefer Muse because their music is less mainstream, its VERY different. The killers are good, their first album especially. I love Muse's music SOO MUCH. And Matt Bellamy is a god. I want him so bad. lol. The one thing i dont like about muse is that they are so focuses on europe, which is good for europeans, but i live in the us, and i wish they were coming here on tour!! I <3 MUSE!!!
