Assuming exactly 52 weeks in a year (although it is more like 52 1/7)...
3.75 x 10^7 = 37,500,000 (37.5 million sheets a year).
In a year you have 15 hours x 5 days x 52 weeks = 3,900 hours (no vacations, no holidays, etc.)
37,500,000 / 3,900 ≈ 9,615 sheets per hour.
Now if your factory isn't open for the standard 10 holidays, that would be 3,750 hours per year, then your equation is:
(3.75 x 10^7) / (3.75 x 10^3).
This becomes an even 10^4 or 10,000 sheets per hour.

3.75 X 10^7 = 37500000.
52 weeks in a year
5 day week 15 hour day
52 X 5 X 15 = 3900 hours per year.
37500000 / 3900 = 9615.38 sheets per hour

hours worked per year
=52*5*15=3900
yearly production
3.75*10^7
therefore,hourly production
3.75*10^7/3.9*10^3
=3.75/3.9*10^4
=9615.38
hence, factory produces
9616.38 sheets of paper
per hour
i hope that this helps

the answer is 10,000 near enough, 3.75 X 10 = 37.5 to the power of 7 is 39,106,605 , working on 52 weeks in a year is 3900 hours, allowing for an odd day here or there i think 10,000 is the number they will be looking for. threw me out of school at 14 cos i was thick............dont give up

mate first you have to times 5 by 15 which give you 75 thn times it by 52 because a year has 52 weeks the answer is 3900 now you have to divide (3.75 x 10000000) divide by 3900 which gives you 9615.384615

You have to divide the total yearly production (37,500,000) by the total hours worked in a year (15*5*52) = 37,500,000 / 3,900 = 9,615.38

# of hours/week = 15*5 = 75
Assume 52 weeks/yearâ 52*75 = 3900 hours/yr
So, the # of sheets/ hour = 3.75E7/3900 = 9615 +
