which band to you like better and why?

Green day-definitely green day-is the better band. Why? Because there original and a great live act. My Chemical Romance is OK-but they lack originality.

Greenday ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh my son plays them all the time, I'd rather listen to Chemical Romance whoever they are I bet they sound better than Greenday. Not only does my son listen to them, he plays the guitar and he especially waits for me to come home from work just to play some of their music. I guess the song from Greenday I hate so much is that song where he says Do you have the dime to listen to me whine. ughhhhhh. Kids gotta love em. Have a great day. I like both. Seriously and I think they are different. GreenDay is more of a punk band but MCR is into goth. And both have different music. GreenDay is more the happier type but MCR can be so emo.

I don't like either of them that much. But I do think that My Chemical Romance is better just because the lead singer can do more with his voice. I think the lead singer of Green Day's voice can get a little monotonous.

both listenable in there personal way. Greenday has proved worth through the years. MCR is making an excellent call for themselves yet on a standing end of it.....G.D has been there....finished that....and that i worked both actually one of them stay countless circumstances (on the breaking point of a dozen each and every) as a manager of safe practices.

In my opinion they are completely different. they are not punk though. I have been a green day fan since I was in the 4th grade and I like their older music better. I am a bigger fan of MCR though because I like all of their music and they are just amazing. What I dont like however, is the "teen Idol" association with them, I saw them on bop magazine at CVS the other day....eww. I dont care if u have a fave member, but the like omg, I'm gonna marry gerard is annoying.

MCR by far. They are much more original than green day. Almost every song sounds different. Green day is just whining constantly. If you want a great punk rock band to listen to, pop in their 3 cheers for sweet revenge cd.

My Chemical Romance, I love Gerard Way. That band is so great.
