If the ball plays the hand, no foul, but if the hand plays the ball, then there is a foul. If on a free kick, you establish position with your hands covering your face and when the ball is kicked it hits your hands, there would be no foul.

If there is a deliberate movement of the hand towards the ball then I'm afraid that's handball. Its a bit of an iffy rule this as very often players will flick the ball up to a defenders hand in a deliberate attempt to win a penalty.
According to the rules if the ball hits a players hand by accident then that's ball to hand and not a foul.

Yes you can.As to whether or not it's Handball, all depends on the opinion of the Referee. The main issue with Handball is intent. If the Referee feels you had no other way of protecting yourself, and your intention was solely self protection, then it's not Handball, but "Ball to Hand"(no intent...just the same as the ball striking the hand or arm).
If on the other hand ,the Referee feels you put your hand up intentionally in order not only to protect yourself, but also to stop the progress of the ball, then you would be penalised for Handball.

You have to bend your head down and hit the ball with your head, or simply move from the place, if you can't otherwise. Do not touch the ball with hands. This is hand ball. Definitely. Being a woman I am so proud to advise you properly :)))))

Following the rules of football, Yes but you could be penalised for a Handball infringement. (unless you are goalkeeper and within the box)
Try looking under the section "Ducking" or "Heading"

Yes. It will be a hand ball. Most probably people will use their hands to block it. Unless u are professional and skillful enough to either head it away or dogde it.

Well, you can handle it if you want, especially if you are playing against my team, because you will be penalised for handball. And if you happen to do it the penalty area, even better! That would mean a penalty kick!! Ho hum!

yes you can but it will still be hand ball, so it is better if you don't hit you had there because it may be a red card and a penalty if it is in the penalty box.
