I just bought a new computer and the speakers are built in the monitor,it did work and now I can't fix it.

Click on the little speaker symbol in the lower right hand corner of the screen. Then move the bar up.

Check your volume controls in both windows (the sound icon on the taskbar) and the actual volume controls on the monitor. Make sure the speakers aren't muted and turned off. Check the connection to your PC tower to make sure everything is connected as well.

check the volume controls, make sure they are not turned down or on mute.....even if they are built in their should be a sound plug comming from the monitor connector....make sure thats plugged in too

Check the diagnostic tools in the control panel sound setup

maybe the speaker plug is not connected to the computer or the power source

make sure it's plugged in, make sure the volume isn't muted, try updating the drivers through device manager

Go to programs.....system.....sound-settings.
