I think everyone get scared when they find out they are bringing a child into the world. Just keep your head up and think about all the great things you and your baby can do together. I was scared when I found out that i was pregnant but seeing his sweet face lets me know the I can say "Bring it on world, we can take it."

When I first found out I was pregnant, I was in shock. I just stood there looking at the stick ythingy. I just stared at it for like 5 min. Then I called my bf and told him. He was scared and got off the phone. I didn't know what to do, so I called my friends and we talked about it. I went through stages of fright, excitment, nervous, confusion, and more. Now I am dealing with my changing body and will do whatever I can for my new family.

It's normal to have mixed emotions. Just don't ignore them...instead try and figure out what exactly is bothering you and try your best to fix it. I was very upset with my 3rd...it was a total accident...I had my heart set on 2 kids and was very scared to have 3 but after a couple weeks I was fine and am soooo in love with my 16 wk old son. I actually have it more together with this baby than my others. Relax, know that it's normal to be scared, and take care of yourself! Good luck and congratulations.

i went through stages. first it didnt seem real. Then it was shock then a little upset yes. But i think only because we were pregnant before we were married...i didnt care but both our families did. I felt the same way, like there was so much out there that i havent done yet, but i ahve since realized its not a loss its a huge gain :)

My sister has struggled with infertility for years. Every time she thought she was pregnant she wasn't. She told me that it felt horrible not being able to have a child but she later adopted a child and everything is fine now.

I was devastated month after month for nearly 2 years. I was about to give up on the prospect, and then when I gave up trying, I conceived. It only took 6 mo. with the second one. Good luck, and keep up your spirits!

OMG, I wanted to be pregnant for SOOOOO many years, and through two husbands!

Each time a preggo test was negative, it's like my heart was being ripped out. So yes, with each negative, it was so hard to take.

BTW, 10 years later I finally had my baby boy....
