I am 39 weeks pregnant...I had my membraned stripped thursday I was 1.5 cm...and sunday i was 2 cm today while going to the bathroom I noticed a mucasy discharge in my panties it looks like boogers but clear, and i am having contractions on and off for the past 3 days...can someone give me some advise.

i advise that you try taking a walk. walk as much as you can close to the house or just around the house. it will help things come along. good luck and it does not sound like the plug to me. but it may be. just walk walk and walk some more. good luck

your mucus plug will be a BIG thick gobby thing probably streaked with blood. That also usually contains your bloody show. I have contractions off and on from week 35 on when I am pregnant. Unless they are getting closer together and way more intense, it is probably not labor yet!

I'd call your doctor about the contractions, but your mucus plug is big. You'd know it when you saw it.
