HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can barely drag myself into work during the week, let alone even think of coming in on a day off. I would use my caller i.d. and not even take the call.

Nope they wouldn't call me. It would be over time since I already work 40 hrs a week. But I have refused to come in at another job when I was younger.

basically dont answer the telephone or turn off the telephone or basically say "Sorry yet I cant try this right now". you're actually not obligated to artwork your days off nor cover anybody elses shift. besides the fact that if sooner or later you prefer somebody to cover your shift then you may be out of superb fortune with your co-workers and coming in on your days off in many instances is going sturdy with the boss and would get you will enhance greater desirable hours or perhaps some specific medical care would desire to you may call off artwork sooner or later. So it ought to not harm to pass in to artwork each now and then whilst they call you,

Have done, but only on days when I don't have plans. I have caller ID and I use it! I just don't answer when it's something like that that will be inconvenient. It's easier than saying no, so that makes me a wimp, I guess!

It wouldn't be the first time & it probably won't be the last. Yes, I'd go. The overtime would be something I could use.
