babies poo after nappy changes because of the position their legs are lifted in. When you lift a babies legs it stimulates their bowls and that mixed with the cold air on their bum usually means a poo is iminent!! lifting legs is also a good tip to try if baby ever gets constipated.

Baby's have instincts that are not quite as advanced as they should be.
When you want a baby to sleep, you wrap them up in a blanket, fairly tightly. Why? No one knows.
Unfortunately, they also seem to be more relaxed with a fresh, new nappy and so.....uh oh!
Thats why when potty training you have to make sure they are just as relaxed......but thats a whole different question you'll have a little way along the line (assuming this one is your first!)

i am a nursery nurse and out of the twelve nappies i change you can guarantee three minutes kater one of them poos. I really think its because the child feels more comfortable in a clean nappy to go to the toilet. Well annoying after twelve nappies i tell you.

Try & fool it from time to time. Take the nappy off - even when it doesn't need changing - & then put it back on. Hopefully, the kid will think it has a clean nappy on & do the business.

its more comfortable. i always thought that it was because there little bums felt the air and some how that made them want to go poo. so they go right after you put the nappy on. = )

advise on your mom that you may want to be the only taking the canines out. So if so,your mom will be th one to sparkling it. Hahaha. Or if he did not poo at the same time as your mom is there. perchance you're his prominent diaper changer. HAHA.
