What makes you think that your opinion is that of the majority? Many people voted Democrat for reasons other than the war.
Most Democrats are simply brought up and told to vote Democrat. Don't ask why, just pull that lever. Others are brainwashed by their unions because, if you are a union employee, it's best for your paycheck to vote Democrat.
