What are some of the mods for city of heroes and how do i get them?

Theres a lot of mods in the game that im trying to get in cityofheroes but i dont no how like the animate yur charter page can some one help me

Mods? In CoH? Well, you void your contract with NCSoft/Cryptic if you use any of them, but hey, it's your account. And don't be surprised if updates tend to break your install or at least mess up your mods. But if you really insist on using them, a simple google search for coh mods will turn up all of the major websites devoted to them. Note that any mods will affect only what you see on your computer. And they will affect any character using the modified power/costume item, not just yours. Personally, I don't feel any of the mods offer a big enough return for the hassle, but obviously a lot of people disagree with me.
