I would make it all out of diamonds and leather (there'd be maroon felt on the leather), and then I'd make a replica out of cubic zirconia and white gold, cuz there's no way I'm letting anyone walk around with a diamond belt on their shoulder.

I would make the belt out of 1 Billion dollars worth of $1000 bills, all glued together.

I would make the million dollar belt like ted dibiase...but since i had a billion dollars i would make it the billion dollar belt.

It would have extremely rare pink and black diamonds spelling out my name and heart designs and the belt itself would be a black soft calf leather. Then I'd sell it, make a profit and spend the money on things that really matter, like clothes, boats, homes, etc. LOL
