The man only suffers when a woman makes fun of him, but who cares. You got what you wanted and she didn't. So the real question is, " why do woman suffer from premature ejaculation ", the answer, " because men don't care.

I had a friend who had this problem. He would have a date planned for friday night, and would start thinking about what he was going to do with the girl, and he would have premature ejaculation on wednesday. Now that's a reason to suffer.

The key to the question is here is how you react. Ejaculation is usually enjoyable, so don't suffer from it, enjoy it. If it is premature, then just take some time to recover and then have another go. Giving the female partner some manual gratification in the meantime can make the whole situation gratifying. Because eventually the woman will get tired of having sex altogether if he's getting action and she's not.
So she'll just stop having sex with him period. I guess this is when HE is now suffering from premature ejaculation, but really he's just been cut off.
