I will start with the Homunculi. In the anime series it is never stated who made,at least I do not think they say for sure, Gluttony though it is assummed to be Dante. She also made Greed and Pride. As to the order for her she made Greed, then Gluttony, then Pride.
Hohenhiem made Envy.
Izumi made wrath.
Scar's Brother (name unknown) made Lust.
Edward and Alphonse made Sloth.

Envy is the oldest followed by,
Greed
Gluttony
Pride
Lust
Wrath
Sloth

The First Homunculus to die is Greed, though when he and Envy are talking it is mentioned that their have been at least one other Lust and Wrath. Greed is killed by Dante placing his remains near him and activating the Array to seal Homunculi and then Edward stabbing him with his Automail arm reshaped into a blade.

The Second to die is Lust. She is killed by Wrath for betraying both Dante, his master, and Sloth, whom he had taken as his Mom. He trapped her in an array and then shot? her.

The next to die? is Sloth. Her death is somewhat suspect as she was turned into gas, and may one day resolidify. She was killled in part because of Wrath. In an atempt to keep her close he fused with her. Unfortunately he had already absorbed Trisha's remains. She became immobalized.

The Last to be killed in the Anime is Pride. He got turned into a Pride crispy by Roy Mustang.

Several people who were used as hosts for Dante and Hohenhiem died.

Lujion and his whole village died. The village died from a plauge spread by Envy. Lujion died from Lust impaling him.

Nash Tringham died when Mugear killed him.

Cornello and Dray died when Gluttony ate them.

1) Most of the characters don't die. Edward Elric sacrifices himself at the end, but is then transported in return to "this world" for his life in the world FMA is set in.
Hohenheim of light - Edward Elrics father dies in the Conqueror of shambala movie in which Envy kills him and in turn is used to open the gate to the other world.
The Lt. Colonel Maes Hughes dies in episode 26 (i think! I'm not 100% sure) And is killed by Envy pretending to be a military colleague.
Scar dies near towards the end of FMA and sacrifices himself to help the Philosophers Stone be made.
-Homunculi- Greed is the first to be killed off, By Edward Elric.
Lust is killed by Wrath (Lust remembered who she "used" to be, A.K.A the person that was attempted to be brought back to life). Wrath and Sloth are killed by Edward. Envy is used as a sacrifice in the Conqueror of Shambala to open the "gate of truth". And King Bradley is killed by Roy Mustang (although Mustang loses an eye.)

2) Edward is 16 as of the last episode. Alphonse is 14 (possibly 15) But at the end, he returns to his 11 year old self that was consumed in the "gate of truth". Winry is possibly Edwards age.
Scars age is unknown. Lust, Wrath, Envy, Gluttony and the rest of the homunculi aside from King Bradley are mentioned that they don't die (implying they don't age either.)
"Pride (A.K.A King Bradley) is younger than Envy, Greed, and possibly Gluttony while he is older than Sloth, Wrath and Lust".

4) Greed was made by Dante (but he in some way betrayed Dante and other Homunculi to lead to him being sealed in the 5th laboratory.)

5) It's mentioned that Dante said "Gluttony was soley made to make the philosophers stone out of those he ate". So possibly Dante?

6) Dante - she made him so that he would appear to be a normal person, aging, and not appearing to be anything of a homunculus.

1) Trisha Elric died of natural causes.
Winry Rockbell's parents were killed (shot) by Roy Mustang during the war of Ishabal (he was ordered to do it and he considered suicide afterward).
Scar died in the process of creating the Philosopher Stone (that manifested itself inside Alphonse).
Lust was killed by Wrath.
Greed was killed by Edward.
Sloth was killed by Edward.
Pride was killed by Mustang.
The Furer's son was killed by the Furer.
Dante was killed by Gluttony.
Edward was killed by Envy (resurrected by Alphonse).

2) As of "The Conqueror of Shamballa" (two years after the end of the series):
Edward Elric is 18.
Alphonse Elric is 13 (having lost five years as a living suit of armor).
Winry Rockbell is 18.
Roy Mustang is 28.
Riza Hawkeye is 26.

4, 5 and 6) Dante made Greed, Gluttony and Pride. Hohenhiem Elric Made Envy. He was trying to resurrect his first son who died of mercury poisoning.

The Full Metal Alchemist series (the older one) differs a lot from the original manga, I didn't like it as much as I liked Brotherhood. The Brotherhood version is better and it follows the story and it makes sense.

in the homunculus only three of them is alive (in the series) it was envy,gluttony& wrath envy is in the other side of the gate while wrath&gluttony still in the world of alchemist.......the first homunculi that died in the seven deadly sins was greed....greed enetr a house and he saw a lady but he didin't knew that the lady was dante.....when the time being he realize that the girl was dante but it's too late because the floor that he step on was a transmutation circle.....then edward came ang fight greed after fighting ed realize the weakness of a homunculus........i think next to that is pride then sloth also lust and the three remains...in the military they died because of fighting and also because of the ishbal tragic.........

in homunculi they don't have ages........in military i don't know maybe 20 and above but ed is 13 and al is 12........
