For me its not just the holidays that matter. Its about bundling up on the couch with my sisters and sipping hot cocoa while watching The Grinch. Its about family and friends, and pine trees and that first winter snow. Its days like today, when we run around in the backyard chasing that first winter flurry. Happy Holidays!

Looking out the window at the perfect snowfall before the kids start blowing through it with sleds and snow forts. Oh, and then I'll join them, cause there's nothing better than a good toboggan run. We love the Grinch too!!

Those days when you're snowed in, but don't have to go out anyplace. When it's snowing like crazy and there are no cars on the streets and it's very quiet, and everything is a pristine white.

this year can really enjoy staying indoors as no shoveling the white stuff. may sit on the porch and watch the lights while they are up but the better lights are in the Heavens. a good cup of hot chocolate and I'll try my best to enjoy winter
