Technically, no.
One: Rodentia is an Order, not a Family. Squirrels are a member of the Rodent Order, and members of the Family Sciuridae.
Two: "Apart" means separate from. Squirrels are not 'apart' from rodents, they are rodents. I'm assuming you meant that as two words, as in 'are squirrels a part of the rodent family'. This would be better grammatically, but semantically the answer is still no, since rodents are not a zoological family.
Thus: I have now taken a fairly simple question and tortuously mangled it's intent and comprehension through stringently applied semantic sophistry and pedantic pedagogy.
Simply put: Squirrels are rodents.
