What colors?

Question

Fair skin, but not pale.
Dark brown hair.
Dark brown and Green eyes.

I would like to know if I am Warm, Cool or Neutral, what color palette looks good on me and how to tell what undertones I have.
Also, what clothing colors would look good on me?

They are pretty basic guides, designed more for introduction to finding your coloring that a long list of colors that you should, and shouldn't, wear. When you are one season, you can "borrow" the colors from the other season in the same warm/cool range.
You are probably one of the cools, so you could wear both Summer and Winter colors.

First, which kind of jewellery looks best, gold or silver???
Warms wear gold, and cools wear silver. If you hold it against your skin, does it seem to glow or make you look sick??? Is that how you want to present yourself to the world???
Just from the info you described, it is not enough, you need to see the tones and hues to get an accurate idea of good color choices for you. What colors (and black is not a color) do you normally lean towards???
I am a winter, but prefer to wear autumn colors and can get away with it because I color my hair.
You need to see a professional. Even hair dressers can give you an idea (ones that have been in the business a long time and are in high demand). Don't base your decisions on anyone that does parties in the home, tho...no all are bad, but then again not all of them have gone to school for a year like I have.

Well i would say your cool. The strong contrast between your hair and skin means that dramatic make-up suits you best. Your best eye colours would be cool grey, black, ivory, silver and rich plum. Your best lipsticks would be fushsia pinks, crimson reds, deep plum, or mauves and make sure you keep your blusher pale pink (sugary or rose tones are the most flattering)

I like wearing a spaghetti strapped brown shirt, and wear a tight black jacket over it, unbuttoned so your brown shirt will show. Wear some blue jeans, black belt and black shoes. Wear brown eye shadow, with black eyeliner and mascara. Wear your hair down, and put on some lipgloss.

by how you describded it you look like me lol but i usually use light green plum or a light brown on my eyes on your skin use a light brown blush to tone your skin and lip gloss clear or very light pink or peach and dont use dark on your lips bet ull look great good luck!
