i say happiness. doesn't make sense but think about it. when you're mad, sad or scared, you just tell your system to shut down to not behave in a way you don't want to. but when you're happy, you can't help but put on a smile and giggle inside. hehe.

I don't think there's an easy answer to this question.... I feel like this totally depends on the person. Some people have a really hard time regulating all emotions. Others just have trouble controlling their anger or their sadness, for example. How someone experiences emotions, then, seems to depend on their personality, their past experience, and their behavioral patterns, as well as environmental cues.

Sadness because the circumstances that precipitate it are often beyond your control. Plus it is more socially acceptable to feel your sadness and it is something that you own but that does not always have any effect on others. Fear, jealousy, love, hate and anger are more easily controlled because they are emotions that can have more of a chance to harm others.
