simple answer iss there are a lot of things that cause this, some seerious some not. Go see a Doctor

If the pain goes down your leg, then it is probably sciatic nerve problems. I have had the same thing, and the doctor told me to take ibuprofen.
You might want to see you doctor if it continues.
Usually numbness of the skin is a nerve problem.
You could do a search like (leg numbness). You can go to Web.MD and do the same thing. You can also, go to ask.com and type in your problems.
