Just hold off. Don't send anything before actually getting the money.

I have been using ebay and paypal for over a year now both buying and selling. Do not send the goods until you get the money! there are tons of people trying to "scam" you out of your rightful property. I have not had any type of issues with volume or wait times in paypal. The only exception I have seen is if you are waiting for a payment to go through (as in e-check) in which case paypal notified me directly via e-mail. The only other thing is that the buyer should verify that they sent the payment to YOU and not someone else. Good Luck!

You can rise a demand through paypal for any money from customers. Also you can talk to them over phone by establishing your ID. I can give you a link that deals with Payapl & Ebay transactions through Paypal. PayPal is one of the most popular online money transfer systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low value goods. It is now a part of the online auction website eBay. More details available at

If the buyer used paypal than contact paypal and not ebay. They will get down to the bottom of it. Good Luck.

Careful I think this lady is trying to get the item she bid on for free. Don't send anything until the money is in your account. Call someone at paypal talk to a human ask them and get names if you need them later on.

I have been sending and getting lots of money on e-bay for the last several months and have never heard of this reason.

Sounds like they are trying to scam you. make sure you have the cash in your account before you release the product.

Lot's of scam artists out on Ebay looking for easy marks.

Wait a day or so, and take it up with Ebay or PayPal.

There isn't much anyone on Yahoo can do for you.

Just hold off before you send the merchandise out... Once your $$$ is in your account send it out...

Paypal would email you with a notification though... Ahhh I don't know about this one...
