You should never judge a person on what they say. If someone says they love you I don't think that is enough. Actions always speak louder than words, if someone really loves you they will prove it through actions, and I'm not talking about physical affection. Its the little things that add up. Verbal confirmation is never enough it needs to be reinforced through actions, then you will know for sure if they love you or not.

You can't know for sure...i mean you have to trust him/her and take his/her words as a true indication for his/her feelings...but you can never know what a person truly feels inside...
However, i do think that if you pay attention to the way he/she treats you, you will find out if he/she loves you or not...does he/she treat you well? Does he/she spend time with you? Does he/she care for you? Does he/she stand by you when you need him/her?
I also think that you feel it...what does your heart tell you? Does your heart say that he/she loves you or not?

The key is communication! When your alone and your talking about personal accounts in life or talking about intimate and personal subjects, does this person open up. Does he or she reveal intimate aspects of their emotions?
True love will reveal itself when the individual opens their heart to you and risks getting hurt. One only experiences love when they are willing to sacrifice for the one they love. It's a mutual act and one that should be shared without reservation.

Their love will immerse itself into you and you will feel it in every fiber of your being and your soul will be so full with their love and the love you have for them to the point that it will overflow in the form of loving thoughts, meaningful words, passionate kisses and tremendous desire.

You can be sure by the way they treat you. It doesn't matter what they say if they treat you like crap. If he treats you right (the way you like being treated), can't you just accept the fact that they've said it to you?

You should be able to tell if they are sincere or not by their actions. Also, you have to have trust in a relationship.
