ok i liked this guy since we were kids but life took a turn on me i fell in love and now i'm married but i still have feeling for the other guy and everytime i see him i can't help but look at him, his not even cute. i've only talked to him a few times before i met my husband and now i don't talk to him at all. i think he likes me too because he acts like his avoiding me but i tend to catch him looking at me. i think this is so wrong because i'm married and he has a girlfriend. help!!!!! i need to find a way to get rid of these feelings.

Don't get rid of it, just fantasize it and keep it as that. Sometimes it's better just to have that feeling without acting on it. It's a win-win situation. If that feeling does not go away, then it's a good thing to have when you feel like you need a lift. But if it fade with time then you also get what you want.

Knock it off. You say you fell in love with your husband. So get over this other guy, you've barely even talked to him, and he's not even cute?
Go get counseling. If you are this bent out of shape over a guy you barely know and don't currently speak with, you probably have some serious self-esteem issues. To me, it sounds like you have a need to self-destruct your own marriage. Go find out why you have these impulses.

gosh, i'm having the same types of feelings. I don't think it's wrong to have a crush even if you are married. But if it goes too far, like it is interfering with your marriage, or making you feel guilty or uncomfortable, then you have to stop thinking about this guy. stop seeing him if you can. just don't allow your mind to wonder to him. remind yourself that you are married.

There's nothing wrong with liking him but you must tell yourself that that's all it can be. You're both taken, so you need to focus on your husband and let things be in the past.

the only way to shake those urges is to confront them head on - talk to him and tell him whats going on in your head, but you are married....then go home and be with your husband without feeling guilty
