Probably not as they aren't classed as a permanent repair.

RE:
Will an exhaust repair bandage pass a UK MOT test?

No,This is a failure.
If Part of the exhaust system is missing or badly deteriorated
then this is a failure.A bandage indicates that the system is excessively deteriorated which means a failure.
Any sort of leakage may also give a failure on two counts,
One the exhaust, and two as the other writer suggests
a faulty emission reading.

Holts claim theirs does but unless a silencer has been physically damaged and holed the reason for failure will be rust and so the bandage is just a temporary bodge which will fail again real soon.
Use it as a bodge while Crap Fit order up the replacement part, If you are round Swindon, Bells do decent quality Bosal systems for about the same Crap Fit charge for "Boa" brand which constrict and squeeze the life out your engine and ruin the fuel consumption as a bonus.

Unfotunately, NO. the bandage is only an emergency repair and no MOT tester will accept that your exhaust is in good order. Sorry.........

Should do, provided that the damage isn't bad and that it is fitted in such a way as to provide a good repair and doesn't constitute a failure point in itself. But you will probably get an advisory to get it sorted, so why not get it sorted before you take your car for its test?

A bandage or only 'gun gum' putty will fail, but the more permanent steel repair bands should pass.

Most definitely No.
Replace the part or a full seam weld will do.

yes it will, but the tester may stop the test as he may not get a true reading on his gas test.
