Your saved sites will be found in the golden star to the left right under the BACK button of IE7
Your toolbars are probably not compatible with IE7... The only ones that are I think are google and yahoos...
Toolbars are gay anyways, they take up much of the internet window, usually have spyware, and you just dont need them.

Don't panic. Your favorites are on the left under the blue back button. It is a star. The +star next to it is how you add favorities to your list.
As for your toolbars, try a tweak downloaded from http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/ie7-menu-tweak/ie7menutoptweak.html
Those tips should fix ya up. Good luck

If you do as xerocs suggested and remove ie7 to revert back to ie6, you can also prevent Windows Updates from downloading ie7 by going to http://www.intelliadmin.com/blog/2006/10/disable-automatic-install-of-ie-7.html and downloading a blocker to the install of ie7.
