I think Manny Ramirez will be traded to Phillies for Pat Burrell and Danny Sandoval or Cole Hamels.

I hope so. Get him out of the AL. He kills the Yankees.

Head case and all I think the Phillies would get the better deal if it goes through. Citizen's Park is a launching pad to be sure. It's a really beautiful place and the balls fly out of there like you can't believe. Burrell never developed into the super star they thought he would when the Phillies drafted him. And since they moved into the new ball park he has really never been able to take advantage of his new surroundings. The for him to move on. LIke someone already mentioned, Manny going to the NL is a monkey off the Yankees back!!

What needs to be noted is that Manny has 10-5 veto rights, ten years playing, 5 with the same team so he can veto his trade as per his contact.

I'm not sure he'd accept a trade to the Phillies. Manny is more interested in the Angels and Indians. Sox are close to signing JD Drew reports say, so they may not want another OF.

Pat Burrell, Danny Sandovel AND Cole Hamels.

Everyone knows the Phills want Burrell of their hands, and you better believe the Sox know it.

No way would the Sox accept this deal anyway.

If they do trade for Manny no way they give up Cole Hammels. Cole is a stud in the making. I can see a Burrell for Manny trade though.

Manny needs to go to a smaller market team because he has a laid back personality. It is true that he succeed in Boston but it doesn't fit him or the team. Why do you think Boston's front management always wants to get rid of him. Personally, I think he will go to the west coast and play for either the Dodgers or Angels.

I dont understand what began this finished factor i recommend boston gained the international series final season, manny why are you disillusioned? your on a championship team, you will desire to easily play like common, and is your 20 million greenback decision no longer sufficient? i think of all of us understand manny isnt nicely worth close to twenty million a season, so if the purple sox can commerce for a .3 hundred/30/one hundred participant they might desire to do it and deliver the manny circus good on out (uhh he replaced into an indian previously he replaced right into a sox duh!!)

God help us if he does. That would be the dumbest trade they can make. But the Philthies aren't run by smart people anyway.

I am thinking the Dodgers. They have the best prospects to trade.
