If you had to convict one and let the other go free, who would you convict and why? And no, you can't convict them both, and you can't let both go free.

They both killed people. That is down pat and we all agree. Now we get down to the nitty gritty. Everything was already planned out both subconsciously and consciously.
Now I come to my decision. Because of the vulgarity of his act, speaking of cannibalism, sexual acts with those weaker than he, it doesn't matter if some of those boys could've knocked the crap out of him; they in one way or other looked up to him; Jeffrey Dahmer is the one to be killed.

Who is Timothy McVeigh - let me do a search and catch up with the times. Since I'm clueless I guess this dude would have been let free and Jeffery Dahmer would have been convicted!

I'm not taking the easy way out, like a lot of other cowards will with this question. In other words I WILL CHOOSE ! Timothy McVeigh, should be the one convicted. He killed a lot more people and caused a lot more heartbreak.

I would convict Timothy McVeigh. He killed so many. The tragedy will not only live on in the minds & hearts of the dead's loved ones but in the mind & heart of a nation.

I'm going to have to go with Jeffery Dahmer, he killed less people, and he consumed people's bodies which is the worse of all crimes, death and then decapitation, and he tortured people. Timothy McVeigh killed people without remorse, but in terms or crimes, he didn't look his victims in the face and chew off parts of their bodies. I'm sick just writing about it. But they were both despicable and mentally ill people that ruined the lives of thousands od innocent people.

I would convict both and I wouldn't let either go free. Both committed heinous crimes and deserved what they got. Actually, they should have been tortured like hell before they died.

The question is like apples/oranges. Cannibal/Traitor. Both murderers, both sick with no respect for anyone's life. Both got what they deserved. No one goes free.
